Your pack shipment
Packages are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your payment.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, a tracking link will be provided as soon as possible, allowing you to track your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include a fixed fee and a variable fee depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be charged shipping for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, although special care is taken with packages containing fragile items. Packages are oversized and well-protected.
We reserve the right to change carriers without prior notice for orders placed, in case the chosen option is unavailable, to improve delivery and package tracking, or for any other reason. You will be notified with the corresponding tracking number.
IMPORTANT: Shipping is door-to-door. It does not include any import taxes that may be charged by your country's customs.
Returns
You have 30 days to return your package for an exchange or refund. The item must be new, in its original packaging, and properly protected to ensure it arrives in good condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If a package is refused upon delivery or not collected from a pickup point, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund, with a minimum charge of €10.
Customer Service: Items received must be inspected within 15 days to guarantee a free exchange, for example, in case of breakage.
